Bye Bye Santa

A newspaper in Norway accidentally published a fake obituary for Santa. It announced that Santa died at age 226 and his funeral was to be held at the North Pole on December 28. His birthday was stated on December 12, 1778 but no cause of death was stated.

Adoption in the Animal World

In Germany, a wild pig has left his family in the forest to live with a small herd of cattle. The boar named “Banana” has been living with the cattle for two months. The pig has become adopted by the cattle and integrated into the herd.

€100,000 Stashed in an Unusual Place

€100,000 was found floating down a gigantic river in Austria. One lucky man dived in the water to get the money and the bystanders thought he were committing suicide. The crowd called the police and they came and pulled the man out of the river. The man is now trying to claim a share of the money.

Santa’s Helpers Wanted?

A police station in Massachusetts posted a ‘wanted’ notice for the holiday toy Elf on the Shelf. He reportedly was involved in a bunch of ginger bread house invasions. Citizens are told to look out for the Elf in the Shelf hiding in trees.
