For Regina’s varsity volleyball team, the 2014 season is considered  a growing year. Only six seniors are on varsity while a few sophomores alternate between playing on junior varsity and varsity. Captain Elizabeth Reese ’17 says her goal for this season is to “push our team hard because we have the talent to make it very far in the playoffs.” Reese says it is necessary for the younger girls to get comfortable with the varsity speed of play. “This team is the future of this program,” says Reese. This young team is growing and gaining experience every day.
