As I explore new cuisines while traveling, I get home and want to recreate them, which are never as good as the real thing”. Genetos emphasized that she hit the jackpot when she used to live in D.C., because the variety of food reflected the entire world.

Genetos has been traveling her whole life and even took her first steps in the Canary Islands! She stated that her aunt and uncle from Greece visited there regularly, so she and her mother visited them. Her uncle had a mission for her to learn how to walk, so by the end of the trip, she blossomed from a crawling baby into a walking toddler. Genetos also stated that her immediate family is small, and she has one brother.

When asked to describe herself, Genetos stated, “I am outgoing, snarky, thoughtful, and clever. I’m quick with a joke, ready for a debate, and available to help my friends with problems”.

Genetos came to Regina because she saw how much the mission of Regina impacts young women!
