That Awkward Moment stars Zac Efron, Michael B. Jordan, and Miles Teller. What more needs to be said?

This 2014 movie was directed and written by Tom Gormican whom is also known for such movies as Save the Date, and Movie 43.

That Awkward Moment tells a story of three young friends living in New York. Each character is at a different stage of their relationship and things get, well, awkward.

Zac Efron’s character, Jason, gets dumped by a girl he didn’t even know he was dating. His best friend Daniel, played by Miles Teller, is the typical bachelor looking for a fun night. Their other best friend Mikey, played by Michael B. Jordan, is confronted by his wife who is asking for a divorce.

The plot thickens when the three boys get together one night and make a pact to stay single together and just have fun. However, things get complicated when girls enter the picture. Jason meets the “perfect” girl, Ellie, and he falls for her hard.

In the meantime, Daniel begins to fall for his “wing-girl” who happens to be Jason’s ex-girlfriend. They try to keep their relationship a secret, but they eventually get caught.

Mikey also brings a girl into the picture; his ex-wife. He realizes he still loves her and tries to win her back.
