Sean Connery, an Unforgettable Actor, Has Died at Age 90
Sean Connery, the silver screen’s most iconic secret agent, has died at age 90. His soothing and undeniable Scottish brogue will continue to be heard as his classic acting will never be forgotten.
Connery’s mysterious and charming persona came alive when his career launched with the James Bond franchise. He marked the start of an era, with his famous introduction, “Bond, James Bond” as 007, and since then has been gracing the movie screen with style, humor, and pure talent. Connery starred in seven of the Bond movies and from there his career took flight.
According to The New York Times, before he was 007, Connery was born into a modest life in Edinburgh, Scotland. From there he grew up trying his luck with a few careers and even the Navy. Although, it was acting that called his name. His natural presence on the screen allowed Connery to master every role and character.

From co-starring in the beloved “Indiana Jones: The Last Crusade,” action-packed “Hunt For Red October,” and heartwarming “Finding Forrester,” Sean Connery found himself hitting all the marks a good actor should. In doing this he has set the bar high for actors of today to reach the top as he did.
