Paul Butkovich, Bio and Chem Teacher, Enjoys Logic and Reason
Introducing…Mr. Butkovich! Mr. Butkovich is the newest teacher in the science department. He teachers biology, chemistry, and Caritas at Regina
Mr. Butkovich said, “I came to Regina because it seemed like a good fit. Regina needed a part time science teacher and I was looking for work, and the culture has been terrific.”
Mr. Butkovich attended four colleges. College of DuPage (Associate’s), University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (Bachelor’s), University of Chicago (Master’s in Chemistry), and Northwestern University (Masters in Science Education).
During his free time, Mr. Butkovich enjoys reading and playing games.
He describes himself as “a level-headed person who likes to think things through with logic and reason. I am also very caring about all the people in my life. I am extremely curious and love learning new things and sharing them with others.”
Prior to coming to Regina, he has done a lot of chemistry work in different fields. He has tested jet fuel for , grew silver nanoprisms, and helped commission electron guns.
