I found the job through Regina’s monthly newsletter. My daughter is senior Alexus Redditt.

What is your daily routine consist of?
I get here at 6:30 in the morning and I cut up the apples and make the cookies. I also make cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. And then at the end of the day, I help clean everything up.

How do you plan the menus?
Our head supervisor Corce makes those decisions.

What is your favorite recipe to make?
At the school I like making the veggie trays, but at home I enjoy making spaghetti and chili.

What do you cook for the holidays?
I make a spiral ham, dressing, mac and cheese, potatoes and gravy, sweet potato pie, string beans, and white potatoes.

What is your favorite part of the holidays?
The lights outside at night, the beautiful trees, the decorations, and the beautiful music.

What did you ask for for Christmas?
I did not ask for anything, I only give to my children. I never think about myself.
