How did you get this job?
A mom of a graduate told me about the job. My daughter, Alyssa Vitulli,  is also a sophomore.

What is your daily routine consist of?
When I first started here, I began with making the hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. Then, I help with whatever the main meals is for the day. I then serve and at the end of the day help clean up.

How do you plan the menus?
Corce, our supervisor, decides all the menus, but I was the one who came up with the idea for our Christmas sugar cookies.

What is your favorite recipe to make?
At school, it’s Taco day, but on my own, cupcakes. I’m a part time owner of a cupcake business called “Sugar Mama.”

What do you cook for the holidays?
During the holidays we cook a lot of turkey, pasta, and pies.

What is your favorite part of the holidays?
I love to decorate. I have a 16 foot inflatable airplane with Santa sitting in it on my front yard.

What did you ask for for Christmas?
For my daughter to get good grades.
