On L’Oreal’s website, the company states, “we have a large number of non-animal predictive assessment tools, such as molecular modelling, expert toxicology systems, imaging techniques and many more.” They also state that they are for a world without animal testing.
According to PETA, to be on their anti-cruelty list, a company cannot allow any other company to test their products on any animal. PETA does state that L’Oreal has made progress by creating a policy that they will not test finished products on animals, but L’Oreal still sells many of the products in China that are government tested.
