How did you begin working at Regina?
My granddaughter is a freshman here, so I decided to help out and work in the cafeteria. I really enjoy it.

What does your daily routine look like?
I work from 9:00-1:00. I am an assistant to the chefs, and I also help with the dishes.

What is your favorite recipe?
I grew up in the South, so there are many recipes that I love to cook for my family. One of my favorite things to make is brownies. I have a special recipe passed down from a friend. My family also loves my German chocolate cake.

How do you decide what goes on the menu?

Corce, the cafeteria manager decides what goes on the menu.

Do you cook for the Holidays?
Yes.

What is your favorite Holiday tradition?
Every year, we put up and decorate our Christmas tree on Christmas Eve, which is a tradition that came from my husband. One year he was late buying a Christmas tree and he was able to get one at the last minute. This tradition stuck and we do it every year.

What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is any kind of ice cream! I love all kinds, but my favorites are Rocky Road or anything with nuts.
