Do It Yourself: How to Make A Delicious Fall Treat
Cinnamon Snickerdoodle bars are a fantastic treat for the fall season. This recipe makes about 24 servings, so it is an excellent dessert for a holiday or other gatherings. I have made these cinnamon sickerdoodle bars multiple times before and they are always fun to make and eat.
Step One: Gather Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Step Two:
- First preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Then grease an 8″ x 11″ pan
Step Three:
- First beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together
- Next, add the eggs and vanilla into the mixture
- After, combine flour, salt, and baking soda into a seperate bowl
Step Four:
- Transfer the batter into the pan and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
- Bake cookie bar for 25-30 minutes
- Let Cinnamon Snickerdoodle cookie bar cool and enjoy
