Even though the bowling season has just started, the team is already making strides toward their goals. Sarah Allworth ’16 says, “The season has been good so far. We have only had one game. I’m just glad that we have a big enough team to have a varsity and JV tram, with a few alternates.”

Even though they lost their first game, the whole team is aiming high and really looking forward to the rest of the season. “I hope to see a lot of girls reach their goal and for maybe some girls to go to sectionals,” Sarah added.

“I want to come closer to making sectionals since I was close last season. In general I just want to average better this year,” she continued.

The team has also created a great bond over the past couple years, and Sarah notes that she will miss the team and the times they spent together. “I’ll miss the late nights with the girls, the inside jokes, and seeing the team grow bigger and better,” she said.

Overall, the team is off to a great start. They are led by Coach Pete Clark and captain Kayla Ylagan ’16.
