Meet Gnod (Global Network of Discovery)—the online music, literature, art, technology, and movie database created to help lovers of the arts and technology find even more of what they enjoy.

Gnoosic is the official website of the music section of Gnod. Gnoosic and all other Gnod databases were created by German mastermind, Marek Gibney.

When referring to Gnod, the Gnoosic website says, “It will ask you what music you like and then think about what you might like too.”

The website is clean and simple to use. Follow these easy steps:

  1. Once on the website, click “continue”.
  2. Next, you will be asked to type in three bands that you enjoy and are familiar with. As you type in artists, it may detect which one you are typing due to its extensive database.
  3. You will then click “continue” again.
  4. Bands will be presented in the middle of the page in bold. You will be asked to choose “I like it,” “I don’t like it,” or “I don’t know.” Depending on what you click, different suggestions will appear.

Another fun tool to use on Gnoosic is the music map.

  1. To find the music map, you must click on the underlined Gnod (Gnod) in the introduction paragraph of the website.
  2. Then, under “discover music,” click on “The Music-Map.”
  3. Here, you will type in a band, artist, genre, etc. that you like to listen to.
  4. Using its database, it will create a “map” of all similar music for you to listen to.

Get on Gnoosic now and enjoy discovering new music!
