Mr. Brodeur

Tim Brodeur, the Dean of Students, is originally from Palatine. He graduated from North Central College and enjoys running, attending concerts, yoga, and trying new restaurants.

What do you expect out of your students at Regina?
I expect my students to be friendly, fun, and follow the rules.

Why did you become a dean of students?
I love working with students; especially ones that need my help. I’ve always had the best connection with those students.

What is your favorite part of RDHS so far?
The girls are my favorite part. I love seeing how friendly and helpful they are. I cant wait to get to know all of them.

What was your favorite high school memory?
Making my solid group of friends. The five guys I hung out with in high school are still my best five friends today.

What are you looking forward to most this year?
Getting to know the students, staff, and faculty here at Regina.

If you could have any superpower what would it be?
To fly! I would love to be able to fly over all the traffic, and leave whenever I wanted.

If you won the lottery, what’s the first thing you would buy?
I would pay off my student loans.

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
I would go to South Africa. I’ve always wanted to go on a safari there and see all the wild animals. It seems like a memory that would last a lifetime.

What was your dream job as a child?
I always wanted to be an art teacher.

If you could teach all the Regina girls one thing, what would you teach them?
To always work hard. No one is ever going to hand you something. To get ahead in life you need to work for the things you want.
