Regina’s spring play this year is the comedy Breath of Spring by Peter Coke. The story takes place in the early 1950s. The story follows a group of five friends who all live in an apartment in London. The friends start crime ring reminiscent of Robin Hood by stealing expensive fur coats, selling them, and giving the money to charity. However, once the police find out, a mad-cap comedy ensues. This 1950’s comedy was a hit when it was originally released, and it should be a lot of fun on Regina’s stage.

There are eight Regina students who will be performing in Breath of Spring.

  • Emily Bochenek- Dame Beatrice
  • Maria Brito- Brigadier
  • Deanna Stone- Lady Alice Miller
  • Alexandra Sweilem- Miss Parry
  • Gabriella Lobianco- Miss Hatfield
  • Isabella Nebolsky de Ochoa- Lily Thompson
  • Shannon Bayless- Detective Sargent Kemp
  • Asia Harris- Policeman Pape

I am really excited to be a part of the play and all of us are working hard to put on a good show.
