Vegan desserts get a lot of hate. People are skeptical to try them because they have a bias towards anything that isn’t made with milk or eggs. Hmm, what if people gave them a chance without even knowing it?

I conducted a study to find out.

I had 19 participants answer a questionnaire after eating the brownie. I told them I did not make them and they were from a new bakery. The results may surprise you.

I conducted this experiment because I support the vegan diet and think people are closed-minded towards vegan food.
